"If you want to be completely surprised and book a “mystery trip”, use Hidden Journeys. Every detail was covered. To pick up at the airport (transfers) to hotel, planned excursions (where to meet your guide and at what location with maps included), dinner reservations (if you’d like). This trip has been seamless due to the detail oriented skills of Emily & Laura. This vacation felt so relaxing because neither of us had to think about what to do, where to go, or make plans. We chose to do two countries and the switch from Switzerland to Austria was perfectly timed; we didn’t have to waste time sitting around in the airport and waiting to check in to the second hotel. The hotels were top notch, centrally located with friendly staff and nice little surprises. 

The excursions (we did two walking tours, a boat trip, and some train rides to the alps and one all day excursion where we were driven around in a lovely car with a fun driver) They were well thought out- and based on what we asked for- we aren’t big adrenaline junkies so we opted for more “tame and relaxing” type of activities) All were included in the total paid amount, with the exception of dinner reservations. 

We got a list of “suggested  itineraries “ if we wanted more things to do. We chose a couple of those as well. 10/10 experience and WILL definitely be doing again!"
